Special Orders No. 64 [Extract] The building situated in Hampton, Va. known as Chesapeake College being no longer required for Military purposes, will be turned over as follows - to wit: One undivided half to Capt. A. S. Flagg, A. Q. M. and Supt. of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, for the benefit of the "Freedmens Bureau," and one undivided half to Chas A.
