Beans William occupies this place himself. There is a fine flouring mill on it

Boland John & William do not own this property. It belonged to their father, who died several years since. The parties above named probably have an interest in this property, together with several other heirs. It is tenanted by George Shoemaker, who works about 250 acres. He pays to Mr James Carrol, executor of the Boland Estate, 1/3 of the entire crop. 

Thomas Brown also rents from Mr Carrol about 175 acres of this estate, and pays 1/3 of the crop.
