John Shill also rents of Mr Carrol about 175 acres, and pays 2/5 of the crop

Sidney H Jacobs also rents of Mr Carrol, about 12 acres and a dwelling house, and pays $20 per annum

J.B. Edwards also rents from Mr Carrol, a store and dwelling house, and pays $250 per annum.

Berkley Chas F. occupies this place himself, with the exception of about 25 acres which he rents to Frank Car for 1/2 of crop.

Crombecker Sam'l was killed during the war, whil in the rebel service;  He never had any title whatever, to this property.  His widow Mary Crombecker, owned it befor their marriage, and now occupies it; it is used for general farming purposes.

Cooper Sam'l.  Mary Cooper the wife of Sam'l Cooper occupies the property described in your Land Report above mentioned; but she denies that her husband has any title to it.  I find, however, on examining the records of the County Clerk's office, that Sam'l Cooper has 13 acres of land to rent, which is situated
