Edwards also rents from Mr Carrol, a store and dwelling house, and pays $250 per annum. Berkley Chas F. occupies this place himself, with the exception of about 25 acres which he rents to Frank Car for 1/2 of crop. Crombecker Sam'l was killed during the war, whil in the rebel service; He never had any title whatever, to this property.
