Farm, known as Eagl Rest, has about 1300 in the vicinity of Nolands ferry, is one half of the place tenanted by Tunis Titus who gives Mrs M 2/5 of crop. Used for general farming purposes, the active half by McKinnis brothers who pay the same as Mr Titus 
The farm known as "Kenluck" contains about 400 acres, and is tenanted by Mr. Matthews, who pays Mrs M 1/3 of crop, used for genl farming purposes
Marlow Richard, This property is owned by Mary W. Marlow, widow of the late George Marlow. Richard has no claim whatever on the property, more than several other heirs of the same family. This place is tenanted by Tunis Titus  pays Mrs M 2/5 of crop, used for genl farming purposes.
