I William H Yerby Clerk of the Hustings Court of the City of Williamsburg & State of Virginia aforesaid, do hereby certify that I have been Clerk of the said Court during the past 13 years and that the lots of Land described in this petition do belong to Robert H. Armistead the petitioner the fee Simple right to said land have been held by him for many years up to the present time.
