Dear Sir 

I some time in May, sent on to your department a statement of who I was, hearing nothing from you; I take the liberty to send on a statement to you. 

I am Jane O Bayly formerly of the County of Accomac, Widow of Thomas M Bayly, and Step Mother of Judge Thomas H Bayly M. C. of Accomac district; I have resided in Richmond since 1840. Have a Farm in Northhampton County, given to me by my first Husband, in my own right, which has been rented out during the whole of that period. Mr Windoso my tenant continued on the place till the time of his death which occured last year -
