signed to the forgoing writing, personally appeared before me in my City aforesaid and being examined by me privily and apart from their husbands and having the writing aforesaid fully explained to them the said Mary T Waller and Ann E T Bradford acknowledged the said writing to be their act and declared that they had willingly executed the same and do not wish to retract it.

Waller and Ann E.T. Bradford, the wives of the said Matthew P Waller and Edmund Bradford is admitted to record.
