Mrs Parthena J. Collins
Widow Lady
Respectfully asks for possession of House and Lot at City Point Va.

Office Asst Supt F.B.
City Point va Aug 29 65
Respectfully referred to Capt Stuart Barnes A.Q.M. Supt. Dist No 2 I find the facts as stated in application to be true. The government buildings on the lot are two small frame buildings of little value. Mrs Collins occupies one of them. The other is occupied by a colored family. Mr Collins was arrested by the Confederate authorities on the 8 or 9 of July 1862 as a traitor to the Confederacy. He was afterward shot in North Carolina as the application states.
