intended as her heirs, it is my Will that the whole of the foregoing property shall descend to and belong to the persons herein following in this manner and form, To the children of my brother Thomas Doyle born or unborn one full half and to the children of my deceased brother Martin Doyle the other full half to belong to them the said children of Martin and Thomas Doyle their heirs and assigns forever. It is further my Will that in the event of the said property desending to the said children, it shall be kept as entire as possible and the proceeds of the rents or other profits shall be used for the maintenance and the education of the said children until the youngest attains the age of twenty-one years if a boy or of eighteen if a girl, when it is my Will that it be divided between in two as equal parts as may be. It is further my Will that in consideration of the bequests herein before made to my wife Louisa Catharine Doyle and of those herein after made to her that her right of claim of dower shall absolutely cease and be void in and to any property real or personal which I may now have and which is hereafter mentioned in this Will, But this is not intended to exclude her said right or claim of dower in and to any estate whether real or personal which I may hereafter require either by decent or purchase,

Item I give to my said wife a negro boy named Henry and all the household furniture linen jewels plate, and whatsoever may be in my house and elsewhere belonging to me at the time of my decease, also for her own absolute use and disposal.

I also give and bequeath unto my said wife, except the hereinafter bequests to others all my right and estate in and to every kind of note bond, Deed of trust, mortgage claim or obligation which I now hold or may hold at the time of decease.
