them, manage my whole Estate as herein before directed until my debts are paid, and then all such estate as is vested in minors till each child becomes of lawful age and in doing so they are directed to keep each childs property separate and distinct and deposit each surplus above current expenses in some solvent Savings Bank or otherwise invest the same in the name of the proper owner and I further direct that my executors aforesaid shall annually on the 1st day of February return to Court to be placed upon record a full and inteligeble report of their proceedings for the proceeding year up to the first January AD Witness to all of which I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this 2nd day of January 1857.

At a Court of the Corporation of the City of Norfolk held on the 26th day of January 1857. The will of William Dey deceased was proved by the oaths of David Dey, R. E. Carroll and Lewis C Dey the witnesses thereto and order to be recorded And on the motion of Margaret C. Dey and George W Dey the Execution and Executor therein named who made oath thereto and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of fifty thousand dollars without security as directed by the said will conditioned according to law; Certificate is granted them for obtaining probat of the said Will in due form
