Sir

Having received a Pardon from the President of the U States dated 7th inst, and taken the Oath required & forwarded the same with my letter of Acceptance of this date. I now have to ask of you a restoration of my property held by your Bureau to wit

The farm in Norfolk County, known as Lilliput
The double frame tenement & Lot on Freemason Street
The Lot & Old frame tenement on Corner of Church & Cove Street,
The Lot & Brick House on Ten Church Street and 
The Lot & frame building on corner of Main Street & Smiths Lane
