Transcription Notes:
I put [[?]] marks on areas of the page I had trouble transcribing. I'm not entirely sure if the last name of Willoughby is Darrier or something else, and I noticed another person mentioned at the bottom of the page with the name Jones. 08/04/24- from rechecking the other documents you can find that his name is Dozier ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-04-09 13:03:34
