Respectfully forwarded to Capt A. S. Flagg A.Q.M Supt &c. The Dwelling House was restored to A.E. Etheridge by order from Dept Head Qrs dated July 17, 1865. The farm is cultivated by Dept. Crop growing thereon can be removed within one (1) month 
Few Freedmen left on the place having procured employment elsewhere.
