Emma and Henry.  Also all my household and kitchen furniture of every description whatsoever upon trust nevertheless, for the following purposes to  wit that the said Conway Whittle shall permit the said Jane M Evans, to occupy, possess and enjoy the said tract or parcel of land, and the rents issued and profits thereof and the heirs of the negroes, and the personal property consisting of household and kitchen furniture , hereby conveyed free and clear of and from all manner of charges and incumbrance of her said husband or any husbands she may hereafter take.

Secondly, that the said Conway Whittle Trustee so aforesaid shall whenever he is requested in writing by the said Jane M. Evans, attend by two witnesses, sell and convey the said property or any portion thereof to such person or persons as she may designate.

Thirdly, if the said Jane M Evans does not request the said Conway Whittle to sell and convey the said property, she shall be authorized to dispose of the
