containing eighty-six and three quarters (86¾) acres, the second twenty-six (26) acres, the third one hundred and twenty-seven (127) acres, which three tracts are now united in one farm, and known as "Melville."

This property to be restored subject to the provisions of Circular No. 3, of May 22nd from this Bureau, and upon condition that present lessees be allowed to remain in possession until the expiration of their leases.

Nothing in the Order of restoration is to be construed as giving any claim for damages or rents which accrued prior to taking the oath of Amnesty on July 29th, 1865.
