At a regular term of the United States District Court for the District of Virginia held at the Court room in the City Hall in the City of Norfolk on Monday the 5th day of June One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five.
Present the Honorable John C. Underwood Dist Judge

All the right title and interest of Miers W. Fisher late of the County of Northampton in said District in and to the tract of land in said County known, as Woodbury Containing 270 acres more or less and bounded as follows to wit North by the Cross road leading from Eastville to the farm known as Pocahontas East by the Seaside County Road, and the land of James G. Council South by the land of John T.P. Scott and West by the land of George T. Jarvis and Harriet Waddy 

On motion of L.H. Chandler Esq. United States District attorney for and in behalf of the United States, It is ordered by the Court (the costs being paid) that the libel and all proceedings herein be dismissed and that the Marshal surrender the possession of the said premises to the said Miers W. Fisher
