Harmanson, clerk of the county Court of said county, the oath presented in the proclamation of Amnesty issued by the President of the United States on the 29th day of May 1865, a certified copy whereof is herewith filed as a part of this petition.  That your petitioner has made no [[?]] of said land; and that the same has not been libeled as your petitioner is informed and believes- That your petitioner comes within none of the excepted clauses of the President's Proclamation of the 29th of May, 1865- That the lands are not occupied as a Colony for Freedmen- but that the same are in the possession of the  said M.S. Fitchett.  In consideration where of your petitioner prays that his said land called Branchley, may be restored to him who will [[?]]pray &c.
