I, Lafayette Harmanson, Clerk of the county Court in and for said county in the State aforesaid, hereby certify, that W.H. Kendall before whom the foregoing Petition was sworn to and the foregoing Oath of amnesty was taken, and the foregoing affidavits were made, was at the time a Justice of the Peace in and for said county, duly commissioned and qualified, and by law authorised to administer oaths for general purposes, and that his signatures thereto are genuine. In Testimony Whereof, I hereto set my hand and annex the Seal of said court this 22nd day of December, 1865, and in the 90th year of the Independence of the United States.
