Sir,
I beg leave, as administrator of the estate of Dr. Corbin D. Fletcher deceased, to ask that you will give up to me the land of said decedent, in order that the same may be subjected to the payment of his debts.

I herewith file a certificate of the clerk of Accomack county court, endorsed "A," of my appointment and qualification as administrator as aforesaid.

The estate of said decedent is largely indebted. Besides other outstanding claims against him, there are judgments to an amount exceeding six thousand dollars ($6000.00) principal and interest inclusive. Certified copies of said judgments are herewith filed, marked "B," "C" and "D."

I would add, that he left surviving him a child, about six years of age, who is his only kin. He resides in Accomack county; see certificate herewith filed, marked "E."
