I Dempsey Nash Clerk of the Court Hasting City of Portsmouth in the State of Virginia aforesaid do hereby certify that it appears by the records of the said Court that the two Houses and lots situate at the N. Eastern intersection of Washington and County Streets in the City of Portsmouth is the property of the widow and children of Robert A Graves deceased.
