Qhowpheon[[?]]at thirty dollars per month. The house no[[number]] 54 Freemason St. is occupied by quakers from N.E. society. Mr. Hardy is ready to let it go thru for fifty dollars per month and agree to buy[[?]] the building in repair. I have seen no pardon of the applicant dated Novembre[November] 18 1865.
