Warwick County to wit: 
   I,  William B Jones late clerk of Warwick County Court and now Deputy Clerk of the same to make the following certificate on oath that about the year 1853. A marriage articles of agreement between Thomas Haynes and Martha M Randall entered into by them shortly previous to their marriage which said marriage was on or shortly after the date of said articles consummated by the parties was recorded on the Clerk's Office aforesaid in due form of law. By the said marriage articles all the estate real & personal of the said Martha M Randall was settled upon a trustee for the sole & separate use of the said Martha M during her [[?]] with the said Thomas. I do further certify that all the records of said Court in the Spring of 1865 were destroyed by fire and that is nothing now remaining in the office aforesaid relating to the records prior to the Spring of 1865.  Given under my hand this third day of February 1866.
