proceedings in various courts of the state, and have supported by the said sheriff out of the said estate, and recognized and referenced without any doubt as the sole heirs at law of said Sarah A Levine. From my knowledge of all the facts I would not hesitate to  treat unto them as such. Mrs Levine has been dead many years, and I have never had the fact disputed.
