Mrs Hodges has complied with all the conditions of the late order of Maj Genl Howard The papers enclosed embrace a Proof of Title, Amnesty oath certificate that property has never been libelled and her own statement that she does not come under the head of any of the exceptions of Presidents Proclamation. Which statement I  believe to be correct.
The property is rented to S.A. Graves USN at Two Hundred Dollars per Year.
