the State of Virginia do solemnly swear on
the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, that
my entire taxable property is below the 
value of Twenty thousand dollars, and that
I do not belong to any of the excepted
classes embraced in the  Presidents amnesty
proclamation

name is subscribed, to the above affidavit, 
personally appeared before me and made oath
that his entire taxable property is below the
value of Twenty thousand dollars and that

classes embraced in the Presidents Amnesty
proclamation
