and still I have no reply, the next demand was a release from the U S Court of all demands against me. I paid the Clerk $648 - and got my release from the Court, for all demands against me. this was sent up to you, when I thought certainly you would send me an order for my property, but Alas I am still a sufferer, although I have been in my native City since the 10th of last May, Houseless & homeless with my wife & my children, my Dwelling House is now occupied by Cap Flagg with his family, I have called on him over & over again to give me possession of my dwelling house  his reply is again & again I am waiting orders from Col Brown to remove, the winter is comeing on. we are old & require some comfort in our old age, we wish to lay in wood & coal & prepare for cold weather. My Dear Sir, will you be so kind as to send orders to Cap Flagg to vacate my House, & give me possession of it, and you will confer an everlasting obligation on
