0442 4 Made the charge against these three of Larceny; which Colonel Philps investigated and it so incensed them against me that my life & property were alike endangered by it I was shot at as often as 3 times in one day all the small animals and Furniture of my house broken up and destroyed or otherwise carried away = from false representations & misstatements I was apprehended by order of Genl.
