The county Court of Warwick for many years previous to the breaking out of the late war and at the time of its inauguration and the sole custodian of the records of said County and that the Sand records show Donaldson P Jones to be entitled to two tracts of land in said County, on containing Six Hundred and sixty three acres, the other containing one hundred and sixty three acres: And that said Donaldson P Jones has not sold or transferred either of the aforesaid tracts of land. 
Given under my hand this 14th day of November 1865

Warwick County to with this day Donaldson P Jones whose name is signed to the application hereto annexed personally appeared before me and made oath that he is the owner of two tracts of land in the county of Warwick, one containing six hundred and sixteen acres, the other containing on hundred & Sixty three acres that he has taken the Amnesty oath prescribed in the Presidents Proclamation of May 29th 1865 and that he is not included in any of the classes therein exempt from the benefits of said oath given under my hand this 14th day of Nov 1865.
