R.F&A.L. for Accomac County who will inform this applicant and all others who apply for return of property that according to [[strikethrough]] Special [[/strikethrough]] General Order No 19 Bureau Richmond the following papers must be filed as supports of such applications viz:- 
1st Special Pardon of President 
2d If the applicant does not come under any of the exceptions classed by proclamation of the President then the copy of Oath of Amnesty 
3d Evidence of title. 
4 That no action looking to confiscation has been commenced or is now pending against the property.
