I, Henry M. Bowden, Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk do hereby certify, that it appears from the records and proceedings of the said Court in the suit of Willis W. Silvester guardian of Lydia L Silvester and Sterling Silvester, now pending and undetermined in said Court, which suit was, among other things, brought to effect a sale of the House and lot on the East side of Granby street in the City of Norfolk, that the Court appointed the said Willis W. Silvester a special Commissioner to make sale of the said House and lot, after advertising the same for ten days, at publick auction for the best price which could be obtained for it, but not at a less price than four thousand dollars; The said Commissioner requiring of the purchaser the sum of five hundred dollars in cash, and taking his bonds for the balance payable at the 6, 12, & 18 months after date with interest from the the date till paid, and to report his proceedings to the Court. That in pursuance of said decree, the said Willis W. Silvester Commissioner as aforesaid, did, after duly advertising the said House and lot, offer the same at publick sale on the
