premises, on the 16th August 1859, according to the terms of said decree, when Edmd C. Lindsey, being the highest bidder, became the purchaser at the price of $4700. On which amount he paid the sum of $500 in cash, and executed his three bonds for $1400 each with E.H. Deck his security, at 6, 12, & 18 months with interest on each from the date till paid; which said bonds are on file in the papers of the suit before referred to. Since the report of the Commissioner, of his sale of the House and lot an % return of the bonds, no other proceedings have been had in the case. Given under my hand as Clerk of said Court, this 15th day of June 1865.
