him as he is [[strikethrough]] informed [[/strikethrough]] advised to a full restoration of all his rights and even if he [[strikethrough]] should not now be deemed [[/strikethrough]] had not been entitled to claim restoration by reason of his being within the aforesaid exception it is manifestly just that the other petitioners who own 5/6 of the property should not for that cause be delayed in obtaining what they are clearly entitled to. 
Your Petitioners would therefore ask restitution of said property to them. The annexed Certificate will show that no proceedings of confiscation have ever been instituted against it.
