This Indenture made this fifteenth day of May Eighteen hundred and sixty two between Elizabeth, S. Moore of the first part and Camilla, A. Moore wife of William. J. Moore of the second part, both of the City of Norfolk in Virginia Witnesseth that the said Elizabeth S. Moore for divers considerations her thereunto moving and of the sum of one dollar doth grant unto the said Camilla. S. Moore for her sole and separate use from the control of her husband the following real estate situated in the City of Norfolk viz. a lot situated at the intersection of Queen and Union Streets also an improved lot of land on James Street and a vacant lot adjoining the one last mentioned being the same lots conveyed to her by deed of even date with these presents Witness the following signature and seal.

I William H Allmand a Notary Public in and for the City aforesaid in the State aforesaid. do certify that Elizabeth S. Moore whose name is signed to the writing above bearing the date the 15th date of May 1862 acknowledged the same before me in the City aforesaid. Given under my hand this 11th day of June 1862

In the Clerks Office of the Court of the Corporation of the City of Norfolk on the 17th day of June 1862. This Deed was presented and with the certificate annexed of the acknowledgment of Elizabeth S Moore a party thereto before a Notary
