on the East by the lands of Miers W. Fisher, John Adam's heirs and others, on the South by the lands of Hezekiah Dalby and on the West by the main county road, separating it from the lands of Matthew D. Moore and George Stevens, (being the same tract of Land which was conveyed to the said Margaret Jarvis, by Richard H. Read and wife, by deed bearing date on the 10th day of December 1838, of record in the Clerk's office of said County) together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the tract of land belonging. To Have and to hold the said tract of land and premises to the said Elizabeth T. Neale, her heirs and assigns, to her and their only prosper use and behoof, forever. And the said Margaret Jarvis for herself and her heirs, against her and them, and all other persons whatsoever, the said tract of land and premises, unto the said Elizabeth T. Neale her heirs and assigns, shall, will, and do, warrant and forever defend, by these presents. In witness whereof the said Margaret Jarvis has hereunto set her hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
