containing 90 acres more or less (but the same is hereby conveyed in gross and not by the acre) and bounded on the north by the lands of George T. Jarvis, on the east by the lands of the said George T. Jarvis and John T. P. Scott, on the south by the lands of Lafayette Harmanson, Miers W. Fisher and others, and on the West by the main County road, also the said Walter Neale's undivided one half of slaves Bill, Billy, Nanny and Mary and the increase (future) of the females.

I Charles A. Rose, a Notary Public for the corporation of aforesaid in the state of Virginia, certify that Walter Neale, whose name is signed to the writing above bearing date on the 6th day of April 1858, acknowledged the same before me in my state aforesaid. Given under my hand this 8th day of April 1858.

This Deed from Walter Neale to Hamilton S. Neale, was this day lodged with me, and, together with the certificate of the acknowledgement thereof by the said Walter Neale before a Notary Public, annexed thereto, admitted to record.
