State of Virginia, Accomack County to wit:

I, John H Cillep, Clerk of the Court of the County of Accomack, in the State aforesaid, certify, that it appears from the Land Rolls of said County, Record Books in my Office, that George H. Parker is assessed as the fee- simple owner of a certain tract or parcel of land, containing one hundred and forty two (142) acres, situated in the Parish of Saint George in the County aforesaid, South ten (10) miles from the Court House, valued at Eighteen Dollars ($18) per acres - Total valuation Two Thousand five hundred and fifty six Dollars ($2556,); also as the fee-simple owner of another tract or parcel of land, containing One hundred twenty five (125) acres, situated in the same Parish, South ten (10) miles from the Court House, valued at Thirteen Dollars and sixty cents ($13.60) per acre, - Total valuation One Thousand seven hundred Dollars ($17,00.)
In Testimony thereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the seal of the said Court, this 9th day of March, A.D., 1866.
