State of Virginia, County of Norfolk to wit, LeRoy G. Edward, Clerk of the County Court of Norfolk County State of Virginia aforesaid, hereby certify that it appears from the records of said Court, that William H. Peters is one sixth owner of a tract of land situate, and being in Norfolk County known as "Cedar Grove"
