I have the honor to enclose the certificate of the Clerk of the County Court of Norfolk that I own one sixth of a certain tract of land known as "Cedar Grove" in said County, which one sixth interest is now held by the Bureau as "abandoned property". The certificate of the Clerk of the Hastings Court for the City of Portsmouth that I own certain property jointly with Washington Reed, and certain other property in my own right within the corporate limits of the City of Portsmouth is enclosed with the application of the said Washington Reed for the restoration of his property, herewith forwarded.

All the other papers required in my case were left with you at our interview on yesterday.
