Evidence of Mrs. Pinkham's loyalty having been presented at this office, you are hereby directed to restore the property mentioned in the within petition. By order of Major Gen. O.O. Howard Commissioner &c. Wm. Fowler Asst Adj't Genl. File Capt Bates will issue the order 3.B.42 S.O. 91 Par 1 Nov 1st 1865
