This deed made this 2nd day of February one thousand and eight hundred and sixty six, between the west point and company of the occupant and E.T Powell of the City of Richmond

Of the other part; Witnesseth that the said West Point Land company, in consideration of the sum of two hundred and thirty Dollars, the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged, doth grant unto the said E.T Powell, two certain lots or parcels of Land parts and parcels of a tract of Land in the County of King William, and state of Virginia, at the confluence of the Pamunkey and Mattaponi Rivers, called and known as West Point, and designated as lots Five Hundred & Thirty two, and Five Hundred & Thirty three, in the plot and survey of the said land of the said West Point Land Company, made by James M Daniel, and now on file in the office of the said Land Company and bounded as follows, to wit: Everything on "D" Street, fifty feet each, and running back, one hundred and fifteen feet each to an ally, and lies between ninth street, and lot No. 534, Upon the following condition to wit:
That all buildings, walls, wharves, enclosures, and other improvements whatsoever, hereafter constructed and erected on the said lots or parcels of Land, shall be located at a grade of not less than one foot, below
