I respectfully ask the restoration to me, of my Farm in Princess Anne Co. Virginia, now held by Capt. O. Brown A.Q.M.

I availed myself of the benefits of the President's Amnesty Proclamation on the 25th day of April 1865.

The Farm, although seized by Capt. Brown A.Q.M. and used by him for some time is now abandoned, and has been so for months past-
