No. 66

I. ......So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Washington Reed, consisting of one-half of the Warehouse and Wharf situated on the East side of Water Street and north of London Street in the City of Portsmouth, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements or Circular No. 3, Cur. Ser., War Department, Bureau R. F. & A. L. and upon the following conditions Viz.:
1st The property will be turned over to the Washington Reed upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any such exists
2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to Rents which may have accrued.

II..........So far as any gurthe jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William H. Peters, consisting of three lots of land, with their appertenances, situated in that part of Portsmouth, Va. called Gosport, and a house and lot situated on the east side of Court Street and one-half of the ware-house and wharf situate on the east side of Water street and north of London Street and the City of Portsmouth, Va. and one sixth of Tract of land, situate and being in Norfolk County, Va. known as "Cedar Grove", is restored to him, with all the rights and priveleges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular no. 3., Cur. Ser. War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. and upon the following conditions, viz:
1st. The property will be turned over to William H. Peters upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any such exist.
2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damage to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
