and that he never was worth the sum of Twenty thousand dollars.
4. That he is not excepted from the benefit of the Amnesty Proclamation of His Excellency Andrew Johnson President of the United States, dated May 29, 1865 - but that he is fully entitled to the benefit thereof, having in good faith acknowledged his allegiance to the United States before and after the said 29th day of May 1865, by taking the Amnesty Oath administered under the Proclamation of President Lincoln, in May A.D. 1865, in good faith, and with the full intention of keeping the same: and having also this day taken the said Amnesty Oath administered as required by the Proclamation of May 29, 1865 as aforesaid; and not being excepted from the benefit of any single one
