not, at the time of its seizure, abandoned property, being then in the actual occupation of the same tenants Patrick Fallon & N. Hunt, who had occupied it as tenants for a number of years prior to the year 1861. - All the joint owners of the property (except Harrison Robertson) being non residents of Norfolk prior to that date - one of the owners Wm Robertson being at the time of the seizure [[strikethrough]] actually [[/strikethrough]] a loyal citizen, who had actually served in the U.S. Naval service during the war. The only one of the owners whose joint interest was liable to seizure (Harrison Robertson) having since (as appears) [[strikethrough]] having [[/strikethrough]] received the Executive clemency & pardon for his participation in the rebellion -
