Respectfully forwarded to Capt. A. S. Flagg AQM. Supt Freedmen - with the report Dr. Rogers purposes to resume forthwith the practice of Medicine at the farm and from personal knowledge of the extent of sickness in that neighborhood I can state his services are greatly needed - So far as the farm economy is concerned the house can be vacated at once, but when school session commences a room would have to be fitted up on Gregory Farm for school purposes -
