I am adjoined meeting of the Hastings Court held for the city of Petersburg at the courthouse thereof on Saturday the 19th day of Aug AD 1863
The lasy will and testament of Mary Ann Schoolfield [[?]] with the [[?]] councils annexed, having been on the 17th day of Aug 1863 partly proved by the oath of Elie Barron me of the [[?]] [[intrefees]] hereto was this day fully proved in open by the oath of Thssle Pabb also a [[subarinting]][[?]] hereto and ordered to be recorded, and on the addition of M N Schoolfield are of the executors therein named, who made oath hereto as required by law and with David & P M. L.C. Schoolfield EB Branch and John M Wyche his securities, entered into and acknowledged his official land in the penalty of $2,000 and named as the law requires , certificate is granted him for obtaining [[?]]] of said will in one form. J. N. Schoolfield made oath that the estate of the [[Listratix]] does not exceed $15.000 in value to the best of his knowledge and belief.
