This Deed made this 24th day of February 1860 Between Henry Fitzgerald and Caroline A. Fitzgerald his wife of the City of Norfolk of the one part and Charles Sharp of said City of the other part, Witnesseth that they the said Henry Fitzgerald and Caroline A his wife do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Charles Sharp and his assigns with General warranty, the following property to wit a certain tract piece or parcel of land in the County of Norfolk and state of Virginia, situated on the south side of the Eastern Branch of the Elizabeth River, containing about Eighty acres and bounds as follows to wit, On the north by the said Eastern Branch of the said River, on the West by a creek or branch which separates the said tract of land from Frederick Wilsons land, on the south of Tatem's land and on the East by a creek or branch and by Tatem's land being the land called Tatemsville, formerly owned by John P. Tatem (now deceased) which was conveyed to said H. Fitzgerald by R.W. Jeffery by deed dated Feby 24 1860 to be recorded herewith as will more fully appear by reference to said Deed, together with all and singular the buildings and improvements thereon and with all the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto, In Trust to secure the payment unto John E. Tunis of the City of Norfolk or his assigns, of the sum of Five hundred Dollars debt justly due by said Henry Fitzgerald to said John E.
