rights liberalists and appertances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertainging and the envasive remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estates right title and interest property claim and demand in law or equity or otherwise heresoever of in to or out of the same to have and to hold the said plantation or track of land here   and  premises hereby granted with the appertenances unto the said Thomas Lee Shippen his heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of the said Thomas Lee Shippen his heirs and assigns In witness where of the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals this day and year first above written

I John Burns a commissioner appointed by the Governor of the state of Virginia for the said state of Pennsylvania certify that of Pennsylvania that W Shippen whose name is signed to the foregoing writing bearing date the twenty second day of October 1859 has acknowledged the same before me in my state aforesaid.
