Resp'y returned disapproved. Unless Mrs Johns can show that force was employed to remove her from her home near Alexandria, the presumption is that she left it voluntarily; her "duty to her husband" would not require of her an illegal act, even if he commanded it. She evidently gave "aid and comfort of the rebellion" in accompanying her husband within the rebel lines
