6th I give to my sister Margaret A Taylor and to my niece Sallie E Taylor each a ring.

7 I give my gold watch to my nephew R B Taylor

8 I give my fowling piece to my nephew W E Taylor

9 I give a gold pencil to my nephew [[?]] Taylor

10 I give a mourning Ring to my mother

11 I give and devise to my brother William E Taylor and his heirs and assigns for ever all the residue of my estate real personal and mixed in possession reversion or remainder, not herein disposed of, subject to the payment of One hundred dollars per annum to Mrs Martha Young during her natural life, to be used and enjoyed by her free from the claims of her creditors

Lastly I appoint my brother William E Taylor Executor of this my last Will and Testament and owing no large debts and my estate being perfectly solved and having entire confidence in the honor and integrity of my said brother, I hereby  desire and direct that he shall be permitted by the Court to qualify as my Executor without giving security. Witness my hand and seal this first day of April in the year of Our Lord
